with the balance being payable 8 weeks prior to arrival

failure to pay the balance by the due date we reserve the right to
cancel your booking and re-let the cottage

If booking is made 8
weeks or less prior to arrival, the full amount is payable

Prices are inclusive
of electricity, provision of linen and towels

Smoking is NOT
permitted

No pets allowed

Any breakages or
damages must be reported as soon as possible and must be paid for

The furniture,
fittings and effects must be left in the same state of repair and
in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period
as at the beginning

From time to time
access may be required, at reasonable times, by the owners for
maintenance or viewing

Bookings may be
telephoned up to 9.00 pm and must be confirmed by completed booking
form and deposit within three days

Accommodation is
available from 4.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by
10.00am on day of departure (in exceptional circumstances it may be
possible to change these timings but it would have to be by prior
arrangement)

Receipt of deposit and
balance will be confirmed in writing

Deposits are
non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation after the balance has
been paid we will endeavour to re-let the cottage and refund
accordingly. However, in the event of this not being possible we
regret that we would be unable to return payment. You are therefore
advised to take out insurance to cover this eventuality.
